1. throw a ball for 12 metres
2. run 60 metres in 14 seconds
3. swim 100 metres
4. make a bed

that will ensure me membership in the league of german maidens (mind you, not extraodinary men) and i will hopefully become a good wife and mother, who will be able to cook, clean and not watch my weight (the Fuhrer believes that slimming will affect child-bearing abilities)

i can't do inclined pull ups to save my life, so that ball is definitely not going to pass the 12 metre mark.

i can run :)

i can swim too :)

i can make a passably okay bed :)
