looking back on all those 'have-been's, 'could-been's , 'might-been's, what would i be like, what would life be like, if things had been a little different?
the feeling at this juncture,
the need to be removed, away, dispelled.
rainy days which were once
noisy, chaotic, blinking traffic lights, zooming highways, crazy automobiles speeding towards what?
then now
an utter silence,
the cacophony of each plink and plonk of individual raindrops.
trying to let go.
